Shipping policy
Nilgiri Cotton Company is the wholesale division of Gozi Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., manufacturing kids' cotton clothing in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India. This policy applies to all wholesale and bulk orders placed through nilgiricottoncompany.com or via WhatsApp/email.
Dispatch Timelines
- Ready catalog styles: dispatched in approximately 2 business days from payment confirmation.
- Custom / private label production: typically 3–4 weeks from sample approval, depending on order size and customisation. Timelines are confirmed at order confirmation.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- We ship pan-India through reliable surface and air logistics partners.
- Freight charges are based on weight/volume and destination, and are quoted at order confirmation or billed at actuals.
- Tracking details (courier name and AWB number) are shared on WhatsApp and email at the time of dispatch.
- Typical transit times: 2–4 business days for metro cities, 4–7 business days for other locations. These are courier estimates, not guarantees.
International / Export Orders
- We export worldwide. Shipping terms (EXW / FOB / CIF or courier-to-door) are agreed per order before payment.
- Export documentation — commercial invoice and packing list — is provided with every international shipment.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges at the destination are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- International transit and customs clearance times are additional to production and dispatch timelines.
Transit Damage & Shortages
- All goods are counted and quality-checked before dispatch.
- Any transit damage or quantity shortage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photos and an unboxing video of the unopened and opened package.
- Verified claims are resolved through replacement in the next dispatch or a credit note.
