Ordering & Minimums
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
25 pieces per color. You can mix any sizes within that color. There is no minimum order value — order one color or twenty.
Can I mix different products in one order?
Yes. Combine any products and categories on the website in a single order, as long as each color meets the 25-piece minimum.
Can I order fewer than 25 pieces of a color?
No — 25 per color is our production minimum. To evaluate quality first, order single-piece samples at market rates.
Do larger orders get better prices?
Yes — bigger quantities unlock bigger discounts. Contact us with your required quantities for a quote.
Samples
Can I order samples before buying wholesale?
Yes — single pieces of any product, at market rates. Contact us on +91 99586 86370 to order.
Is the sample cost adjusted in my bulk order?
Yes — the full sample amount is deducted from your wholesale order when you go ahead.
How do I pay for samples?
GPay or bank transfer. We share payment details with your sample quote.
Quality
Will the colors fade or bleed after washing?
No. All our fabric is dyed and processed in-house under strict quality control — colors will not fade or bleed, wash after wash. Order a sample and wash-test it yourself.
Are you a manufacturer or a trader?
A manufacturer. Everything is made in our own factory in Tiruppur — see Our Factory. We also run our own D2C kids brand, gozi.in, a top-rated store on Google in India, produced on the same line.
What materials do you work with?
100% cotton — both knitted (t-shirts, co-ord sets, track pants, sweatshirts) and woven (pants, shirts, dresses, kurta pajamas).
Delivery & Shipping
How long does order fulfilment take?
Approximately 10 to 15 days from order confirmation, plus shipping transit time to your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship across India and worldwide. Shipping costs depend on your location and order size; contact us for a quote.
Returns & Policies
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No — all sales are final. We strongly recommend ordering samples at market rates before placing a bulk order; the sample cost is adjusted against your bulk order.

Can you manufacture with my brand label?
