- Fabric — cotton fabric, knitted or woven, dyed and processed with strict color-fastness control
- Cutting — patterns cut precisely for consistent sizing across every piece
- Stitching — overlock, flatlock, and single-needle work by specialised tailors, matched to each garment type
- Checking — every piece inspected for stitching quality and defects, with mistakes classified and tracked
- Ironing and finishing — pressed and prepared for packing
- Final inspection and packing — a last quality gate before your order is packed and dispatched
We track quantities and quality at every stage, and we prepare internal reports on any defects — which is how we keep improving and how your lots stay consistent order after order.
