Nilgiri Cotton Company is the manufacturing and export arm of Gozi Lifestyle Pvt Ltd, a family-owned kids clothing business in India.
We produce in-house at our own factory in Tiruppur, India's knitwear hub, using cotton from OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified mills. And we sell our own brand, gozi, directly to parents across India through our website gozi.in and on Myntra.
That is why this program exists. Every lesson comes from doing both jobs ourselves — running the factory floor and running an online brand — so you get advice that works in the real world, not theory.

Questions founders ask us.
Do I need any experience in fashion or manufacturing?
No. The program starts from the basics — yarn, fabric and how garments are made — and builds up to launching and selling.
Is this only for kids clothing?
Our own brand and factory specialise in kids cotton clothing, but what we teach about sourcing, sampling, production, costing and selling online applies to most cotton apparel brands.
How is the mentorship delivered?
Through one-on-one video calls spread over 90 days: 10 hours in Launch Mentorship and 20 hours in Launch Pro. We schedule calls between 8 am and 8 pm IST, which overlaps with working hours across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Australia, and with US early mornings or evenings.
Will you do the work for me?
In the Mentorship plan, we guide and you execute. In the Pro plan, we also set up your Shopify store and make one sample each for up to 5 products. We do not run your business, ads or production for you.
Are samples included?
Not in Launch Mentorship — samples can be made at extra cost. Launch Pro includes one sample piece each for up to 5 products. Shipping of samples is charged separately in both plans.
Can you also manufacture my collection?
Yes, if it suits you. Production is quoted separately and is never a condition of the program. See our White Labelling and Low MOQ options.
How do the vendor introductions work?
We introduce you to vendors we have worked with ourselves. Your agreement, pricing and orders are directly with that vendor.
Can you guarantee sales?
No one honestly can. We give you the knowledge, roadmap and contacts to launch well and avoid costly mistakes; results depend on your product, market and execution.
Why only 5 brands a month?
Because we personally mentor every founder while running our own factory and brand. Keeping it small means you get real attention.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no mentorship session has taken place. After the first session, or after 7 days, the fee is non-refundable.
